The Challenge


Embarking on the technological overhaul for Fresh Tracks Canada presented a multifaceted challenge. Firstly, the company grappled with a diverse array of disjointed software across its departments, hindering smooth operations. Secondly, the vast reservoir of over 30 years' worth of data, scattered among different tools, demanded meticulous integration to derive unified insights. Lastly, the outdated design of the existing website, over a decade old, required a comprehensive revamp to align with contemporary standards. The goals of the project were three-fold:

Operational Efficiency: Streamlining operations by making diverse technology platforms interoperable and reducing operational overhead.

UI/UX Revamp: Revamping the UI and UX of the website to enhance user experience, drive increased conversions, and reflect a modern and cohesive design.

Content Management and Live Chat Integration: Implementing a headless CMS for easy content editing and integrating live chat features to provide immediate customer support and engagement.

How we approached this project

Leveraging React for web development and building a robust CMS on the backend using Node.js and PHP formed the foundation.
