They needed a unified system for memberships, attendance, inventory, and bookings — one that integrated cleanly with the physical access infrastructure (biometric scanners, card readers, Wi-Fi) already deployed across sites.

How we approach this project

We ran a one-month discovery phase, then configured the Nexo Spaces platform as the backbone, built a custom website, and developed a tailored CRM. Hardware integration tied the software stack to biometric scanners, barcode readers, card readers, and Wi-Fi. Staff training and community engagement workshops ensured the team and members adopted the new platform cleanly.

The challenge

Coworking at scale is a systems problem. Every new member, company, room booking, access event, and community activity multiplies the coordination load. COLABS needed one platform to run the business and a clean integration story with the physical-access hardware already in the buildings.

  • Training and community enablement. Staff onboarding sessions and community engagement programming to ensure adoption.
