How the 4-week sprint works
The AI MVP market is saturated with vibe-coding shops promising fast turnaround. We are not one of them. For those teams we run a 4-week, founder-led, fixed-price sprint that delivers shipped-to-production AI with the eval framework attached from week one. The output is a working product, not a demo.
Week 1 — Scope and architecture
Founder-led discovery. Architecture decision records. Eval-set construction (this is the deliverable that distinguishes us from vibe-coding shops).
Week 2 — Build the AI surface
Foundation model selection, retrieval architecture if applicable, agent orchestration, eval-discipline hooks. Deployed to a staging environment by end of week 2.
Week 3 — Build the product surface
UI / UX, integration with your existing stack, auth, billing, observability. Production deployment by end of week 3.
Week 4 — Eval, harden, hand off
Eval runs against your scenarios, hardening pass on the regression cases, full handoff package (architecture docs, eval framework, runbook). Founders own the system at week 4 + 1 day.
