How the 4-week sprint works
The AI MVP market is saturated with vibe-coding shops promising fast turnaround. We are not one of them. We do this engagement only for the small subset of pre-seed and seed-stage teams whose specific situation makes the in-house v0/Cursor/Lovable path the wrong choice — usually because the product touches workflows where shipping a non-evaluated MVP would burn investor or customer trust irreversibly (medical, legal, financial). For those teams we run a 4-week, fixed-price sprint that delivers a working AI product with the evaluation harness attached from week one. The output is a working product, not a demo.
Week 1 — Scope and architecture
Discovery led by the founder of AppRocket. Architecture decision records. Evaluation-set construction (the deliverable that distinguishes us from vibe-coding shops).
Week 2 — Build the AI feature
Foundation model selection, retrieval architecture if applicable, agent orchestration, evaluation hooks. Deployed to a staging environment by end of week 2.
Week 3 — Build the product UI
UI / UX, integration with your existing stack, auth, billing, observability. Production deployment by end of week 3.
Week 4 — Evaluate, harden, hand off
Evaluation runs against your scenarios, hardening pass on the regression cases, full handoff package (architecture docs, evaluation harness, runbook). Founders own the system at week 4 + 1 day.
