Twenty years of operating experience across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and SRE — including stints supporting high-throughput e-commerce, fintech transaction systems, and healthcare clinical platforms. Inside AppRocket, the role spans every engagement: setting up the architecture decision records on day one, running the design review when the integration question turns into the product question, and pairing with the lead engineer on whichever problem is hardest that week.
